Your rights to return goods are protected under Internet Selling Directives. We can accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund if they are returned to us within 30 days from purchase.
To arrange a return you should contact us by email or telephone and we will then advise you how to return your products.
Your refund will be paid within 30 days of return. You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning any goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Any goods returned should be in new, unused condition unless faulty.
You will need to bear the cost of return postage, but if the item is found to be faulty and in warranty we will replace or repair the item and ship it back to you for free.
